The Murlo Estate recipe of the week: Coffee Cream

A very nice and quick dessert, ideal to delight your guests even in last minute!




150 gr. caster sugar

20 gr. instant coffee

200 gr. icy water





In a bowl, add the caster sugar and the instant coffee, then pour the icy water and mix all together.

Mix for few minutes to obtain a thick and smooth cream.


Pour the coffee cream in cups, decorate with coffee beans and chocolate sprinkle and serve!
